FAQ

  • 1) How are eyelash extensions applied?

Our eyelash extensions are applied by placing one extension on one natural lash or by creating a fan of multiple extensions and applying to one natural lash. Your eyes will be closed and you will be lying down during the entire treatment.

  • 2) How long does it take to apply lash extensions, and how long lash extension will last?

Applying a full set of lashes take about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Everyone has different lashes, and depending on the conditions of your own natural lashes, at Co0kie Beauté Bar we can only go a certain length or thickness to ensure that your own lashes remain healthy.

The natural eyelash growth cycle is usually around 70-90 days. The lash extension should last about 3-4 weeks. After this period we recommend to do a fill-in/refill to maintain the best look.

  • 3) Will your natural lashes get harmed or damaged after lash extension?

No, they do not. At Co0kie’s Beauté Bar, we have professionals applied lash extensions correctly and properly, they are safe and do not damaged the health of your natural lashes. It is very important to NOT rub your eyes or pull on the extensions because you will risk plucking out your natural lashes.

  • Do not use eyelash curler on your extensions.

  • Do not pull on any loose extensions.

  • Do not use mascara on your extensions.

  • Avoid/limit the use of oil base products which will weaken the bond between the extension and your lash extensions.

  • Avoid sleeping face down to prevent pressing against your lashes.

  • Cleanse your lash every evening using oil-free cleanser to prevent build-up from dirt and debris. Cleanse your lash line brushing in the direction of the lashes.  Don’t scrub from side to side.

  • After cleaning it is best to blot them with a towel and allow them to air dry or you may use a hair dryer using cool setting to dry your lash.
